ET 38 rims: Offset and position of the wheel

ET 38 rims have an offset of 38 millimetres. The offset refers to the distance between the geometric centre of the rim and the contact surface on the wheel hub. With a positive offset of 38 millimetres, this contact surface lies outside the centre of the rim.
