Brock rims

The manufacturing company, Brock Alloy Wheels, and Rad Center Derkum GmbH belong to the Brock group of companies. Since the 1990s, they have been producing and selling rims of the Brick and RC-Design brands. As one of the few companies within the wheel sector to do so, Brock Allow Wheels produces its rims exclusively in Europe, meaning that the alloy wheels promise "Made in Europe" quality. Design development, logistics, production, marketing and sales – all of these areas are combined within the corporate group, with its individual limited companies. While the Brock brand sits more in the high-end segment, RC-Design tends to be a little more affordable.

Quality "Made in Europe"

For the company, these are not just empty words that came about on account of the geographical location of the production facilities, but rather a conviction that is reflected throughout the entire process for the manufacture of its alloy wheels. The high quality standards are evident in many respects, and are documented by the fulfilment of numerous standards, such as the ISO/TS certification. The optimal construction of the rims within the company's own design and development centre enables shorter development times, reduced consumption of resources, and energy-saving production. Here, for example, a modern software application is used, which takes care of the design of mathematically and topologically optimal geometries. This enables the trimming away of every irrelevant gram of material, and conserves natural resources such as aluminium. In addition, the ultra-modern production facility guarantees consistently excellent quality, which is already apparent in the raw materials used. For instance, Brock Alloy Wheels only uses raw materials from reputable suppliers, which undergo in-house spectral testing prior to use within the production process. As the process continues, ultra-modern tool making equipment enable a high degree of accuracy, flexibility, and efficiency in the processing of the rims. In addition, during the casting and artificial ageing processes, the rims are tested in fully automated X-ray enclosures and high-quality systems, and are then optimised if necessary. An important element in the production of the alloy wheels, and one that emphasizes the brand's high standard of quality, is the surface coating procedure. Here the Brock and RC-Design rims are given an acrylic powder coating, which is one of the most resistant and environmentally friendly coating variants. This coating provides the rims with significantly improved protection against environmental influences, meaning they are particularly easy to care for and durable. In addition, all of the fully painted alloy wheels are completely winter-proof, and come with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.

The company's positive image is rounded off by its environmentally conscious approach. Brick Alloy Wheels pay great attention to saving energy, water, and input materials. This is realised primarily through the use of modern machines, the facility's own water supply from water treatment plants, and the use of consumed electricity via a modern photovoltaic system.

Products and product range

The Brock brand product range is highly versatile and incorporates more than 30 attractive wheel designs in various colours. Whether more classical, or perhaps more sporty – the Brock product range has something for everyone. In addition, all the rims are ABE-approved, and many also have ECE (Economic Commission for Europe) approval.

Particularly popular models that feature a sporty design are, for example, the B21, B33 and B39. While the B21 exudes masculine strength and sportiness on account of its ten attractive spokes,, the B33 models achieve this with their 5 double spokes, and the B39 with their 15 spokes.

The range includes classic, elegant models such as the B24, B25, and B35. First and foremost, the B224 exudes elegance, with its multi-spoke design (20 spokes). The B25 and B35, on the other hand, feature a more classic and simple 5-spoke design.

The rims are available in sizes ranging from 15 to 22 inches and in many colours, such as bronze, chrome, grey, orange, black or silver.
