The low-viscosity engine oil has a low ash content and has been developed to increase and keep the life span and efficiency of automobile emission control systems in vehicles with diesel and petrol engines.
It enables a longer operation also at higher temperatures without oxidative oil thickening or rupture of the lubricating film.
It offers excellent flow properties also at low temperatures and ensures a fast lubrication of the engine and makes the cold start in the winter easier.
It is suitable for passenger cars and light vehicles with petrol or diesel engines.
It corresponds to the most current specifications of engine oils of the biggest automobile manufacturers and is compatible with the most modern diesel particulate filters as well as all petrol catalysts.
It is especially recommended for the use in Mercedes-Benz vehicles (that require MB 229.31 or 229.51 released products), in BMW vehicles (the Longlife Oil 04) and in Volkswagen vehicles (that require VW 502 00 / 505 00 released products).

It can also be used in Volkswagen TDI direct-injector diesel engines (oil change intervals: 15000 km / 1 year) that require the VW 505 01 release, and in Ford Galaxy 1.9L turbo diesel vehicles that require a VW 505 01 or a Ford WSS-M2C917-A release.
It is released for a General Motors Dexos service filling that is required for all new 2010 GM/Opel/Vauxhall/Chevrolet diesel and petrol models.
According to GM/Opel, Dexos 2 specifications are backwards compatible to older GM/Opel specifications (GM-LL-A-025 and GM-B-LL-025). The majority of the GM/Opel/Vauxhall/Chevrolet diesel and petrol vehicles can use Dexos 2 lubricate.
