Der Klassiker unter den HD Bereifungen, der schon lange verfügbar ist und sich stets gut bewährt hat. Da ich die Angstnippel in jeder Saison runterfräse brauche ich einen Reifen, der auch im Grenzbereich gut funktioniert. Und das tut der Triple Eight von Metzeler. Er lässt sich äusserst komfortabel fahren und legt sich liebevoll und unprätentiös in jede Kurve. Selbst bei Nässe behält er seinen Grip. Die Haltbarkeit ist in Ordnung, weil man ja eigentlich weiss, dass auf den schweren HD Motorrädern einfach mit mehr Reifenverschleiss zu rechnen ist. Wenn man es weniger sportlich angeht kann der Reifen gut und gerne seine 8000 km leisten. Empfehlung in allen Bereichen.
